Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Create a free account, explore schools, and upgrade to Premium when you are ready to start tracking applications in earnest. Your data carries over.
What counts as one "child profile"?
A child profile stores your child's details (name, date of birth, current school) and is used to personalise school recommendations and track applications. Free accounts include one profile. Premium accounts include up to four. If you have more than four children, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Is this useful if my child is still young?
Yes — and in fact the earlier you start, the more useful Schoolmaster is. Some schools require registration years in advance. Creating an account now lets you understand the timeline and act before it's too late.
Do you offer refunds?
Given the low annual cost, we don't offer refunds once a subscription has started. If you have a problem, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
